Definitions “Platform” refers to the SENDERTIZYY™ website, web panel, APIs, and related tools. “User” or “You” refers to any individual or entity using the platform for personal or business purposes. “Meta” refers to WhatsApp LLC and its associated services and APIs. “Account” means your registered user account on the SENDERTIZYY™ platform. 2. Acceptance of Terms By creating an account or using SENDERTIZYY™, you acknowledge that you: Are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. Have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. Will use the platform only for lawful and legitimate business purposes. 3. Use of Services You agree to use SENDERTIZYY™ solely for communication, marketing, and automation activities that comply with Meta’s Business and WhatsApp Commerce Policies. You are responsible for the content and recipients of all messages sent through your account. You must not use the platform for spam, harassment, scams, or any other prohibited activities. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these conditions. 4. Account Registration & Security You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Any activity performed through your account will be deemed as your responsibility. Using disposable or temporary emails for registration is strictly prohibited. 5. Subscription & Payments Certain services on SENDERTIZYY™ require a valid subscription plan. Subscription fees are billed according to the selected plan (monthly, yearly, or otherwise). All payments are processed securely through our payment partners (e.g., Stripe). Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. 6. Communication & Consent By using SENDERTIZYY™, you consent to receive system updates, transactional messages, and important notifications via email, WhatsApp, or other contact methods you provide. 7. Data Privacy We value your privacy and handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy . We do not sell, rent, or disclose your personal information to third parties except as required for service delivery or legal compliance. 8. Intellectual Property All platform content, branding, software, and designs are the property of SENDERTIZYY™. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform solely for authorized purposes. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the platform without prior written consent. 9. API & Third-Party Integrations If you use our APIs or integrations (e.g., WhatsApp Cloud API, CRM tools), you must: Adhere to the policies and limitations of Meta or the respective third party. Not misuse or overload the API endpoints. Accept full responsibility for any data shared through such integrations. 10. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without notice if: You violate these Terms or applicable laws. We detect suspicious, abusive, or fraudulent behavior. Requested by Meta or a governing authority. Upon termination, your access to the platform and stored data may be restricted or deleted as per our retention policy. 11. Limitation of Liability SENDERTIZYY™ shall not be liable for: Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities resulting from service interruptions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last billing cycle. 12. Changes to Terms We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
