Welcome to π¦ππ‘πππ₯π§πππ¬π¬β’ (βweβ, βourβ, βusβ).
These Vendor Terms and Conditions (βVendor Termsβ) govern the relationship between π¦ππ‘πππ₯π§πππ¬π¬β’ and vendors, resellers, or partners (βVendorβ, βYouβ) who use our platform to provide WhatsApp automation or related services to end users.
By registering as a Vendor, you agree to comply with these Terms in full.
1. Eligibility & Registration
Only legitimate businesses or individuals authorized to operate in their jurisdiction may register as Vendors.
Vendors must provide valid business information, identification, and contact details.
Using temporary or disposable emails for registration is prohibited.
Vendors are responsible for all accounts, sub-accounts, and users created under their license.
2. Scope of Services
π¦ππ‘πππ₯π§πππ¬π¬β’ provides a white-label WhatsApp SaaS platform enabling Vendors to manage automation, bulk messaging, templates, chatbots, and analytics.
Vendors may rebrand and resell services to their clients in accordance with this Agreement.
Vendors must not misuse or modify platform code, API endpoints, or authentication systems.
3. Compliance & Acceptable Use
Vendors must ensure all their activities and their clientsβ activities comply with:
Metaβs WhatsApp Business and Commerce Policies
Local data-protection and anti-spam laws
SENDERTIZYYβ’βs User Terms and Privacy Policy
Prohibited usage includes but is not limited to:
Sending unsolicited bulk messages or spam
Promoting illegal, misleading, or restricted content
Impersonating brands or entities without consent
Vendors bear full responsibility for the compliance of their clientsβ actions.
4. Branding & White-Label Rights
Vendors may use custom branding (logo, domain, name) through white-label features.
All intellectual property of the core platform remains the property of π¦ππ‘πππ₯π§πππ¬π¬β’.
Vendors may not claim ownership of or redistribute the underlying technology.
5. Payments, Billing & Commissions
Vendors are billed as per the chosen reseller or partner plan (monthly, yearly, or custom).
Payments must be made through approved gateways (e.g., Stripe, Razorpay, etc.).
Late or failed payments may result in suspension of services.
Fees are non-refundable except where legally required.
π¦ππ‘πππ₯π§πππ¬π¬β’ reserves the right to update pricing or commission structures with prior notice.
6. Data Handling & Privacy
Vendors must protect the privacy and data of their end-users.
Data collected via the Vendorβs sub-accounts shall remain confidential and used solely for business purposes.
Vendors must comply with applicable data-protection regulations such as the Information Technology Act (India) or GDPR (if applicable).

7. Support & Maintenance
π¦ππ‘πππ₯π§πππ¬π¬β’ provides technical support for platform functionality and uptime.
Vendors are responsible for providing first-level support to their clients.
Scheduled maintenance, feature updates, and downtime (if any) will be communicated in advance whenever possible.
8. Reseller Conduct
Vendors must maintain professional behavior towards clients and partners.
Misrepresentation of SENDERTIZYYβ’ services or false advertising is prohibited.
Vendors may not act as competitors or resell our services under deceptive branding.
9. Suspension & Termination
π¦ππ‘πππ₯π§πππ¬π¬β’ reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Vendor account if:
Violations of these Terms, Meta policies, or applicable laws are detected.
Fraudulent activity, misuse of API, or excessive spam reports occur.
Payment defaults or chargebacks arise.
Upon termination, all vendor data and sub-accounts may be deactivated or deleted as per our data-retention policy.
10. Limitation of Liability
π¦ππ‘πππ₯π§πππ¬π¬β’ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including revenue loss, downtime, or reputational damage.
Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by the Vendor in the last billing period.
11. Modifications to Terms
We may update or modify these Vendor Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Confidentiality
Vendors may receive access to confidential business or technical information.
Such information must not be disclosed to third parties or used outside the scope of this agreement.
This obligation continues even after the termination of the vendor relationship.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Your Business City, e.g., Bengaluru], India.
